RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At AurynePro™, your satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains your rights and the conditions for returns and refunds on your orders.

1. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in its original packaging, in the same condition you received it, and accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at contact@auryne.fr with your order number and the reason for the return before the 30-day period expires. We'll send you the return instructions.

2. 90-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

In addition to our standard return policy, AurynePro™ offers a 90-day money-back guarantee.

If you're not satisfied with your AurynePro™ device, you can request a refund within 90 days of delivery — even if the device has been opened and used.

Conditions of this guarantee:

• It covers your satisfaction with the AurynePro™ device (performance, ease of use).
• The refund is issued after the device is returned to the address listed in Section 3.
• Items purchased on promotion or with a discount code are excluded from this commercial guarantee (they remain covered by the standard 30-day return policy).
• This guarantee applies once per customer.

This is a voluntary guarantee offered by AurynePro™ and does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

3. RETURN CONDITIONS & INSTRUCTIONS

To make a return:

1. Contact our customer service at contact@auryne.fr with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We'll email you the return instructions.
3. Ship the product to the following address:

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item (see Section 4), in which case we cover the return shipping.

4. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your AurynePro™ device arrives defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us at contact@auryne.fr.

We will cover both the return shipping and the full refund or replacement at no cost to you. Please include a photo of the issue if possible — it helps us process your claim faster.

5. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you a confirmation email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
