All orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery within the United States takes 7 to 12 business days after shipping. These timeframes are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on the carrier and the time of year.
A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent as soon as your order is handed over to the carrier.
Shipping is free on all orders placed on auryne.fr.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or because it went unclaimed, reshipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. Please make sure your shipping information is correct when placing your order.
