These Terms of Sale govern the sale of products on the auryne.fr website, operated by Delebarre Gianni, sole proprietor, SIRET 93815986000015, 42 Rue de Cassel, 59155 Faches-Thumesnil, France.
The products offered for sale are ultrasonic pest-repelling devices, described as accurately as possible. Product photographs are not contractual. The seller cannot be held liable in the event of a minor error or difference in appearance.
Prices are listed in US dollars (USD). The seller is not subject to VAT (Article 293 B of the French Tax Code — micro-enterprise scheme). Prices may be changed at any time. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time the order is validated.
The customer places an order on the auryne.fr website. Validating the order implies acceptance of these Terms of Sale. A confirmation email is sent to the customer after payment is approved.
Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or Shop Pay. Payment is secure and processed by Shopify Payments. Card details are neither stored nor accessible by the seller.
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery within the United States takes 7 to 12 business days after shipping. Shipping is free. A tracking number is provided by email as soon as the order ships.
The customer has 30 days from the date of delivery to return a product for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition it was received.

This guarantee covers your satisfaction with the product. Items purchased on promotion or with a discount code are excluded from this guarantee. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a defective, incorrect, or non-conforming item, or an error by the seller.
All products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects. If your device is defective or does not function as intended, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Any claim must be sent to contact@auryne.fr. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

They are designed to help repel common household pests and are not a substitute for professional pest control in cases of severe infestation. Results may vary depending on the type of pest, the level of infestation, the size and layout of the home, and proper placement of the device.
The device is designed to be safe around children and common household pets (dogs and cats), but is not recommended for homes with pet rodents (hamsters, guinea pigs), rabbits, or birds. Keep out of the reach of young children.
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
